These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mind-e platform, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Mind-e ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Using Mind-e means you accept these terms. Signing up for a company means you are confirming you have the authority to agree on its behalf.

Mind-e provides an AI-powered platform that allows you to build, train, customize, and deploy intelligent agents. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Services in any way that:

Your content remains yours. We do not claim ownership over any data, documents, or materials you upload to Mind-e.

Our Intellectual Property
What you upload stays yours and never trains a model; we only process it to run your agents. The platform itself stays ours.
Certain features of our Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:
Paid plans bill in advance and renew until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not refund the period you are already in.
Our Services may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google), messaging platforms, and payment processors.
Mind-e relies on outside providers such as AI models and messaging platforms. Their own terms cover their part, and we cannot guarantee their uptime.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
Mind-e is provided as is. We do not promise it will be flawless or that AI answers will always be correct — verify anything that matters.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mind-e and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
If something goes wrong we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time.
Either side can end this. After your account closes you have 30 days to export your data, then it is permanently deleted.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mind-e operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
Disputes are handled under the law where Mind-e operates, and we try to settle them by talking before anything formal begins.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Services.
We can update these terms; material changes are posted with a new date. Continuing to use Mind-e afterwards counts as accepting them.
