Plan comparison
Yearly billing saves approximately 2 months compared to monthly billing.
Upgrading
- Go to your dashboard settings or the pricing page
- Select a plan and billing interval (monthly or yearly)
- Complete checkout through Paddle
- Your new plan takes effect immediately
- Your agent limit increases immediately
- Any locked agents are automatically unlocked
- You receive the full monthly credit allowance for the new plan
- Storage limit increases immediately
Downgrading
You can downgrade to a lower plan at any time. Downgrades can take effect at the end of your current billing period. When you downgrade:- Excess agents are locked — if you have more agents than the new plan allows, the least recently used agents are locked. Locked agents can’t be edited or start new conversations, but their data is preserved.
- Storage over limit — if your storage usage exceeds the new plan’s limit, you won’t be able to upload new content until you’re under the limit.
- Integrations — if you downgrade to the Free plan, all social media integrations (Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger) are disconnected.
Undo a scheduled downgrade
If you scheduled a downgrade but change your mind, you can cancel it before it takes effect from your settings page.Canceling
- Go to your dashboard settings
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free
