Profile
Update your personal information:| Field | Requirements |

| Avatar | JPEG, PNG, or WebP — max 5 MB |
Avatar
Upload a profile picture that appears in your dashboard. Supported formats are JPEG, PNG, and WebP with a maximum size of 5 MB. Uploading a new avatar automatically replaces the old one.Password
To change your password, enter your new password. Password requirements:- 4–20 characters
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 digit
- At least 1 symbol (
!@#$%^&*)
Subscription
Your current plan and billing details are shown in the settings page. From here you can:- View your current plan and billing cycle
- Upgrade to a higher plan
- Downgrade to a lower plan
- Cancel your subscription
- Reactivate a cancelled subscription
- Access the billing portal to manage payment methods and view invoices
Authentication
Mind-e supports two authentication methods:- Email and password — create an account with your email address
- Google OAuth — sign in with your Google account
